Komosion was engaged to review and recommend a new model for engaging the organisation’s commercial influencers via its hospitality program and other initiatives. This included developing:

- how to systemise those requirements with a supported CRM program.

Our Approach
We segmented the retail outlets to provide priority focus, set a framework for finding new distribution opportunities and redefined Account Service Managers roles and responsibilities.
We then focused the business of four key streams of work to achieve our goals:
- Align News Corp Australia teams to deliver profitable sales and growth
- Create visibility & direct management of sub agents to improve efficiency / profit
- Implement a new scaled distribution model
- Help select newsagents become better retailers.
- All the Member information in one dashboard, updated in real time
- All the Assets information in another dashboard, updated in real time
- Automated communications and tactical recommendations based on data captured
- Some Assets assigned exclusively to each program, with any leftovers available in an Asset pool that can be signed out/offered to various program Members as needed.
- All offers aligned to the subject matter verticals as defined by the client and validated by Komosion’s user research.
