Our Approach
- Mapped the omnichannel Student Communications Journey with stakeholders and students.
- Recommended personalisation, strategy and planning improvements, especially via the digital channel.
- Created a draft RFP and scoring workbook to procure the CMS.
- Managed and facilitated the RFP with 5 vendors researched and shortlisted
- Managed the demonstration to ACU and fielded questions from vendors.
- Collaboratively evaluated vendor responses and selection.
