Isabelle Thomas, who has worked with Komosion during the last three years as our communications co-ordinator and a business analyst, has been appointed to the position of Client Engagement Manager.
Isabelle, pictured above, has already begun seeking detailed feedback and insights from clients and prospects to better understand their needs and preferences – and to improve our service offering. “I like to get straight to the crux of an issue, I think it’s good to look through a critical lens and just see things for how they are.”
As a business analyst, Isabelle (pictured above) was trained in understanding customer journeys, mapping them and looking for opportunities to improve customer experiences and says she will apply those learnings to her new role.
