Komosion, the highly respected Australian consultancy known for its expertise in customer-centric strategy and digital innovation, is pleased to announce the appointment of Sue Johnson as General Manager.
Ms Johnson (pictured) brings a wealth of experience from the fiercely competitive travel and hospitality sectors where she has carved out a distinguished career. Her track record includes:
Marketing Strategy and Operations: Managing these for Travel Associates and Flight Centre brands in Australia, driving growth and brand recognition.
Digital Development Leadership: Overseeing marketing and digital development for all Flight Centre leisure brands in the UK, enhancing their digital presence and customer engagement; and
Growth Leadership: Leading marketing for Spicers Retreats, significantly contributing to its expansion to 10 properties and its subsequent acquisition by the diversified global investment management firm, Salter Brothers.
As General Manager at Komosion, Ms Johnson will oversee client engagement, lead consulting projects, ensure service delivery excellence, and build relationships with strategic partners.
She will collaborate closely with Komosion’s founder, John O’Neill, in a partnership-style leadership model.
