The Victorian Visitor Servicing Toolkit was launched to industry and stakeholders at the 2019 Victorian Visitor Information Services Summit, run by the Victorian Tourism Industry Council.
Its practical nature was what the industry had been missing – post-COVID-19, the doctrine of customer anticipation is still a core driver of visitor servicing in Victoria.
