Interstate travellers are back on the move and, after rearchitecting the InterContinental Sydney Hotel’s web presence in January, Komosion is now turning its attention to the InterContinental Hayman Island Resort.

“Our company is working with the resort to understand, direct from its customers, their whole experience of planning, booking and visiting the island,” says Komosion General Manager, Kate Fitzpatrick.

“Our goal is to better support the many visitors to the InterContinental Hayman Island Resort with a web presence that not only immerses them in sumptuous luxury but also anticipates and meets their online needs, just as staff do when they are at the property.”

Ms Fitzpatrick said this was part of Komosion’s further expansion in south east Queensland which would include a new major collaboration with another of Queensland’s most iconic travel businesses – the details of which are due to be announced next month.

“We’re researching and redesigning the digital experience offered to customers by many of our clients in the hard-hit travel and higher education sectors to help them re-engage Australians in this near post-COVID world.”
