John O’Neill

John completed a Masters of Management at the Australian National University (ANU) as the recipient of a scholarship awarded by multinational technology firm DXC Technology. He has lived and learned from many challenges of leadership in a variety of roles including scaling with the biggest sporting event in the history, leading a successful tech start-up, running a Government agency and being both a Non Executive Director and Chairman of  a number of Boards. John admires the Mindfulness of Deepak Chopra who says: “You must find the place inside yourself where nothing is impossible.”

Peter Anderson

Peter Anderson

“Business is about people,” says Peter whose career began in the Australian Defence Force – the Royal Australian Navy. He then moved into the private sector where he spent time in Japan and the United States studying business strategies and the concept of continuous improvement.

Peter’s passion for people development saw him purchase a license with Leadership Management Australia in 1996. Since then, he has presented to hundreds of people on the world stage at international conventions in the US, Europe and Asia

As part of developing our leadership practice, we are bringing together a team of people who reflect diversity because the best decisions and ultimately the best leadership draws on as wide a range of perspectives as possible.

Sergio Navarro

Five-time Colombian National Surf Champion Sergio Navarro – who now lives on the Gold Coast – is part of the team offering Leadership Training and Experiences to Komosion’s clients. “I have a talk called Inspiring Stories in which I share the stories of Latin American surfers that came from poverty and rough environments and created a future for themselves and their families,” he says, explaining his passion.

Mat is the Co-Founder of VILLA Vodka. He says that a #villaview of life is that you should be wherever makes you happy, with whoever makes you smile and doing whatever gives you joy. It is this spirit that guides us in all that we do. Mat also works with Komosion in marketing operations, web publishing and client analytics.

Rachel Rikkone

Rachel is a graduate of Sydney’s prestigous Wenona School and recipient of a scholarship to study at the University of Technology, Sydney. She is also Komosion’s Business Development Co-ordinator.

Lisa operates her own consulting practice specialising in customer experience strategy and has been affiliated with Komosion for more than 10 years.
